One of the few obstacle-course training programs in Lodi. Impact runs Ninja Zone as a structured belt system (White, Yellow, Green, Blue) split into 3 age groups: 5-year-olds, 6-7s, and 8-13s. Once-a-week classes train ninja skills (rolls, cartwheels, handstands) and move kids through obstacle circuits designed for strength, speed, and agility. There is also a Ninja Rig with obstacles that change monthly so it stays new. Lodi parents pick this when their kid loved American Ninja Warrior on TV, when they have a kid who needs to burn off energy in a way gymnastics does not quite cover, or when their kid is intimidated by traditional gymnastics but still wants the strength and coordination work. Each level gets a uniform t-shirt in its belt color.
