The main WOW Science Summer Camp for ages 8-11. Week-long themed camps at the World of Wonders Science Museum (2 N. Sacramento Street, downtown Lodi). Weekday mornings 8am to 2pm (a 6-hour day, longer than the Jr Camp). $299 WOW Members / $349 Non-Members per week. Each week focuses on a different area of science (chemistry, physics, biology, engineering) with hands-on experiments and structured problem-solving challenges. Campers go deeper into actual scientific method work than the Jr Camp can. Lodi parents pick this when their kid loves science class at school, when they want a half-day summer camp that is academically meaningful (versus pure activity-based camps), or when they have an older kid who has aged out of the Jr Camp.
