Four skill levels with weekly classes including warm-ups, rotations through different apparatuses (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor), and ending activities. Super Kids classes are 45 minutes, Gym Kids classes are 55 minutes. Students advance through levels upon skill mastery and receive move-up certificates.
