One of the only kid-focused aerial arts programs in the Lodi area. Impact Cirque teaches aerial silks and lyra (hoop) in 45-minute classes for ages 7 and up, with 4 progression levels. Kids learn climbs, wraps, and inversions while becoming comfortable in the air. The strength and flexibility gains are significant, but the real draw for most kids is that aerial work feels nothing like other gymnastics. Lodi parents pick this when their kid has tried recreational gymnastics and wants something more unique, when the kid is drawn to circus-style performance, or when they have an older kid who has aged out of basic tumbling but is not ready for competitive team. Cirque demands real strength so progress is rewarding and measurable.
