Advanced baking and decorating camp for Lodi kids ages 7-14. Multiple days per week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) 8am to 12pm at Daphne's Kitchen (Crete Hall) through City of Lodi Parks and Rec. $206 resident / $226 non-resident plus $50 supply fee. The curriculum is real bakery work — buttercream skills, cake decorating techniques, frosting application, fondant basics. Kids leave with actual decorating skills they can use on birthday cakes for years. Lodi parents pick this when their kid is obsessed with baking shows on TV, when they want a camp that builds a measurable, displayable skill (versus generic creative activities), or when they have an older kid who has aged out of basic cooking camps. Real instruction in a real teaching kitchen — different from any TikTok-recipe-based camp.
