A great way for your homeschooler to get their PE requirement taken care of! Kiddos will come to our 55-minute once-a-week class to learn basic gymnastics, ninja skills, and other seasonal sports skills — all while building real strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness in a way that feels more like play than a workout. Each month has a different theme and activities differ by week, so there is always something new to look forward to — whether it is team building with the class, goal-setting challenges that help each student track their own personal growth, exercises that are as fun as they are productive, or group games that get everyone moving and laughing together. Our coaches work with each student individually to celebrate their wins, set achievable goals, and develop the physical confidence and fitness foundation that serves them in every sport and activity they pursue. Classes run from September–May and families can request vouchers if we are with their charter school. Impact also charges a $50 annual registration fee, capped at $125 per family on first enrollment.
