The flagship indoor activity destination for younger Lodi kids. The World of Wonders Science Museum in downtown Lodi (2 N. Sacramento Street) runs interactive exhibits on energy, electricity, magnetism, and optics — built for hands-on play rather than don't-touch museum etiquette. Lodi parents pick this for: a 100-degree Lodi summer afternoon when the kid needs to be indoors with air conditioning, a rainy winter weekend when outdoor parks are out, or a birthday-party venue (WOW does science-themed parties with the exhibits as backdrop). $7-$9 admission for non-members; WOW membership pays for itself if you visit more than 3-4 times a year. Special events, summer camps, and educational field trips also run year-round.
