Half-day clay sculpting camp for Lodi kids ages 7-12. Weekday afternoons 1pm to 5pm at Hutchins Street Square. $170 for the week. Curriculum: kids work with air-dry clay through structured techniques (pinch pots, coil building, slab construction), explore textures and tools, and create unique sculptures + functional art pieces that they take home. Lodi parents pick this when their kid is the type who gets absorbed in detail work (clay rewards patience), when they want a creative camp that produces something tangible the kid can show off, or when they want a quiet afternoon camp option that pairs with a sports-style morning camp for full-day coverage. Different from Meet the Maker's Ceramics Series — that's wheel and pottery-fired work; this is hand-building with air-dry clay.
