The City of Lodi's elite-track ballet class for dancers with prior classical ballet training, ages 9 and up. Pointe work (dancing on the tip of your shoes) is a serious milestone that requires real foundational strength — kids cannot just walk in and start. Held at Thomas Theatre Gallery inside Hutchins Street Square. Monthly sessions May through July. $79 resident / $150 non-resident per session. Lodi parents pick this when their kid has been in Ballet III or IV for at least a year and is ready for pointe, when their dance studio does not offer pointe instruction, or when they want a structured pointe-prep program that does not require committing to a competitive ballet school like IBTI.
