Impact Recreational Gymnastics

Impact Sports Center

Gymnastics without joining a competitive team, at Impact's Galt gym. Recreational classes split into levels: 5 year olds start in Super Kids (45 minutes), ages 6-7 and 8+ go into Gym Kids (55 minutes). Each week covers a warm-up, two apparatuses (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) and an ending activity. Kids learn cartwheels, handstands, pullovers, and rolls, then earn a move-up certificate to advance. Impact also charges a $50 annual registration fee, capped at $125 per family on first enrollment.
